ABOUT THIS PROJECT

After decades of working in shiftwork research, we identified a clear gap in practical, science-backed information to support the health, wellbeing, and fatigue management of shiftworkers. Healthy Shiftwork was created to help address that gap by turning research into clear, engaging resources on sleep, nutrition, and physical activity, three key areas of health often disrupted by non-standard work hours. Alongside these resources, Healthy Shiftwork also provides practical tools, training, and tailored support for shiftworkers and the organisations that employ them.
